How we ship our ice cream

We pack our ice cream in an insulated shipping container with dry ice to keep your contents frozen.

Dry ice is -109.3 °F, so no need to worry your ice cream package will arrive perfectly frozen.

How to handle package when arrived

When opening your insulated shipping container please do not remove the dry ice from the box or handle it with your bare hands.

The dry ice will dissipate in a well ventilated area out of the reach of children and pets.

Upon opening your package, place the ice cream containers in a freezer for 2 hours prior to consumption. This will allow your ice cream products to temperature adjust.

Where we ship

We ship to every state except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Cost of shipping

Standard shipping is a flat fee of $19. Overnight shipping is available and the price is calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping schedule

2nd Day shipping is $19 and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge at checkout.

All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will ship the same day.

All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will ship the following day.

Orders placed on Thursday after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will ship on the following Monday with 2nd Day free shipping or you can ship overnight at an extra charge to receive your order on Friday.

Friday shipping is available only for overnight delivery for an additional charge at checkout.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

No signature required

All packages except for alcohol infused ice cream will be left at the shipping destination without a signature.

This is done so the recipient doesn’t have to be home to sign and accept it and also so frozen contents don’t melt during multiple attempts.

Alcohol ice cream

Adult signature required upon delivery. Package will not be left at the door.

Must be 21+ to sign for package.

Must be 21+ to consume alcohol infused ice cream.

Greeting certificate

Customize your greeting certificate at checkout.

You can add the subject, message, name of recipient, and who the package is from.
